Scott is a psychology graduate with ten years work experience. He has worked in internal resourcing, research & mapping, and employment branding & attraction roles and has completed assignments internationally. He has developed a strong understanding of how to develop a robust employer brand, implement global talent acquisition strategies, as well as manage a full recruitment process. He has led his own teams (ranging from 3-15 people) as well as managed a variety of senior stakeholders from global heads of resourcing, board members, HR teams, through to department heads. He is currently studying to complete his CIPD level 7 qualification which will lead to chartered membership within the HR field and look to further develop his career in this space.
